Cancellation Policy
To maintain a fair schedule for all our clients and ensure professional consistency, we have implemented a strict cancellation and rescheduling policy.
1. Finality of Bookings
Once an appointment is booked and the deposit or full payment is made, the booking is considered final.
2. Client Cancellations
Clients do not have the option to cancel or reschedule appointments through the website. In the event that you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us immediately. However, please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable in case of client-initiated no-shows or cancellations.
3. Artist-Initiated Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling can only be initiated by the artist (Supriya Rao) due to unforeseen emergencies or scheduling conflicts. In such rare cases, you will be notified immediately, and you will be eligible for a full refund or a priority reschedule.
4. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service duration or cancellation of the appointment by the artist with forfeiture of the deposit.
5. Refund Processing
In the event of an artist-initiated cancellation, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via Razorpay to the original payment method.
