Refund Policy

At Supriya Rao Makeup Artistry, we strive to ensure every client is satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are generally only considered if the artist is unable to perform the service due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies on their end.

2. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used via Razorpay.

3. Conditions for Refund

Service booking deposit is non-refundable unless the artist cancels the appointment.
In case of technical issues with the payment gateway where double payment occurs, the extra amount will be refunded immediately upon verification.
